Shipping and Delivery

After successfully placing an order, you will receive an email confirming that your order is now being processed (if you don’t receive this email straight away, please check your junk folder). We aim to process all orders within 2 working days, however during sale or other busy periods orders may take longer to be processed. Orders are only processed between Monday and Friday.

Standard shipping has a estimated delivery time between 15-25 working days, depending on your destination country. Your parcel will be delivered via your local postal service so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home during time of delivery you can arrange with your local post to collect your parcel or have it redelivered. 

Please be aware these shipping times are not guaranteed and some international orders may take up to 6 weeks for delivery. This is largely due to customs delays which can vary in every country and we unfortunately cannot speed up.

Please note express shipping is NOT tracked. 

What couriers do you use?

We use various different couriers to allow us to ship worldwide. For the UK our regular courier for express shipping is TNT or Royal Mail. In the USA and Europe DHL is our regular courier service. 

My item has not arrived?

In the event that your parcel has not arrived within the designated shipping time, or has no tracking information or recent updates please let us know as soon as possible and we will check the status of your order right away. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping address and meet any requirements of their destination country.

My tracking says the item could not be delivered?

In the case where you tracking states item undelivered, this usually means the courier has had an issue delivering your parcel, such as an error in the address details. If you see this on your Order Status Page, do not worry. Simply contact the courier with your tracking number and arrange for a re-delivery.

My tracking says my item has been delivered but I do not have it?

If this is the case please double check the address details you have provided. If your address details are correct please contact your local post office to query the whereabouts of your parcel. If you wish to report this to us you must do so via email within 2 weeks. After this time we will take the tracking status as absolute. 

I want to cancel an order. Can I do this?

You are legally entitled to cancel your order and obtain a full refund as long as you do so before your order has been processed. If your order has already been processed when you cancel it then you will need to return the order to us at your own expense.

Can I change my address details?

Unfortunately, once you've placed your order it is not possible to amend any details, as our warehouse team will have already started processing your order.

My Order is Faulty

Each order will be thoroughly inspected by our team before it is shipped, however if an order arrives faulty, please email us within 24hrs of receiving your package with pictures of the damaged item. We will then be in touch with further instructions.
